Portia Worthington
HR, Recruitment, Coaching… and people. Lots of people.
With 25+ years of experience, including over 15 years at Mr Price, Portia knows a thing or two about talent, culture, and building careers that work. After a long and rewarding corporate chapter, she took a leap of faith and started her own business, driven by a desire to do things her way, with people at the centre.
She’s a straight-talking, relationship-driven HR and recruitment pro who believes in clarity, confidence, and playing to your strengths. Whether she’s partnering with businesses or coaching individuals through career moves, Portia brings honesty, heart, and a calm voice of experience.
Off the clock, she’s a wife, mom of two (one in Cape Town, one navigating high school), and a firm believer that great conversations, and most life decisions, are better with an Aperol Spritz.

Outside of work, Teagan is a mom of a sassy 7 year old and is often found next to the pool or watching the sunset with a chilled Chenin in hand.
Cara-Shae Davenport
Cara is a Talent Sourcing Specialist with a strong understanding of how the right people drive business success. With an educational background in business operations, she brings a practical, results-focused approach to recruitment. She values clear communication, efficiency, and building genuine professional relationships with candidates.
She takes time to really understand what our clients need beyond just the job description, focusing on finding talent that add real value to the team. Cara believes good hiring is about long-term fit, not quick placements, and she works closely with candidates to ensure the process is smooth, honest, and effective.
Outside of work, Cara loves quiet moments with a good book, meaningful catch-ups with friends, and spending time with animals. Her warm, bubbly nature shines through in everything she does.
Toni-Ann Marchussen
Toni is an experienced recruiter with over 10 years in the industry, specialising in Finance, IT, Technical roles, and skilled trades. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to quickly understand both client needs and candidate strengths. Toni is passionate about recruitment because it allows her to connect people with opportunities that can genuinely change their lives and help businesses grow with the right talent.
Known for her proactive approach and fast turnaround times, Toni prides herself on delivering a high-quality recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. She focuses on building strong, long-term relationships, ensuring that every placement is not just a match on paper, but the right cultural and professional fit for everyone involved.
Outside of the office, Toni is a proud mom to two very energetic boys who keep her on her toes. When she’s not recruiting, you’ll most likely find her spending time with her family at the beach, enjoying the outdoors and making the most of coastal life.

Jen is a relationship-driven recruitment consultant known for her calm, considered approach. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and their pets, making the most of relaxed weekends and time at home. She appreciates good food, a great glass of wine, and quality time with friends and family. Whether it’s a quiet night in or a spontaneous plan, she values balance, humor, and creating space to properly unwind.
Amy Peacock
Amy Peacock has a passion for helping both businesses and professionals thrive through international opportunities. With multiple years of experience in international mobility, she has built a strong global network across recruitment, immigration, and employer partnerships, helping connect great talent with organisations on a global scale.
With a background in both travel and immigration, Amy understands that moving countries is more than paperwork, it’s about people, careers, and families building better futures. She works closely with our international clients while supporting professionals through the realities of relocation, ensuring the right opportunities and the right support systems are in place.
Amy is no stranger to relocation herself. Originally from Cape Town, spent time living in Melbourne, Australia and Huizen in the Netherlands. Having experienced international moves firsthand, she understands both the excitement and the complexity that comes with building a life in a new country.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find her on a squash court or spending time with her family, usually while planning the next adventure or international move.
